Project #0741
Project #0741 is replacing the lens from the Spring Switch Indicator. The lens installed when I got it were the lens from a wayside signal. The signal maintainer provided the pictures below, he removed these indicators. He was unsure why the wrong lens were installed. They removed the spur and removed the switch and derail. I have both indicators and plan to restore this one which is cast iron. The derail indicator I got was also GRS and is alum. The maintainer has given me the Rights to the photos below. The pictures below are of the actual indicator when is was in service.

Thanks to the Instructors in the Automotive Collision Repair Department of Ranken Technical College this signal was sand blasted and painted. Now it looks great!!
